At Z2 Comics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and collectibles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
